“You have to go here it's amazing for so many reasons. First, the shop owner is so cool and friendly. The prices are absolutely amazing. I got a HUGE chunk of black tourmaline for only $5! They had pretty big tumbles as well and other affordable raw stones. Great place to stop in if you don't have a lot of time to browse forever. The only downside in my opinion is they don't have many statement pieces and they had lapis lazuli (lapis is mined in Afghanistan and the Taliban use the profit from it to fund their operations).”

“We had Mark come out to walk the roof and secure some loose gutter screws when we first moved into our house in July. Last night, after 3 days of severe weather we noticed a leak in our roof. I called Mark around 7:30 and left a voicemail, and he called me back shortly thereafter. I explained what was happening, and he told me that he had a complicated roofing job going but would make every effort to get out in the next day or two. He was able to make a stop early in the afternoon, identified the issue, and fix the flashing issue causing the leak. With the contractors we've used the past couple months on various other house projects, we've come to expect that we will not be treated as a priority or even get a reply to the first few phone calls we make. However, Mark called me right back even thought I had left a voicemail after business hours, and he made getting to us a priority even thought our issue was relatively small and contained. That sort of service seems to be increasingly rare these days.”

E-Z mini storage opened up even though they were closed and waited for me for over an hour! Even though I needed only short-term rental they went out of their way to accommodate me!
