“Yes—it’s true that they have an inflexible return policy, you have to pay to ship items back, and the customer service isn’t the best in the universe, BUT it is a trustworthy company with super cute clothing, and I haven’t had any major issues with the customer service. If you’ve thoroughly read their return policy and are willing to give it a go, I would highly recommend. Sure, I’ve had the occasional flop with something that I ordered that I don’t like once seeing it in person, but more often than not, I absolutely love what I’ve ordered. I honestly can say that if I’m going to get a compliment about something I’m wearing, it is almost always something from Betsey's. SO many friends have asked me where I’ve been shopping lately and I would highly recommend you try them out. Worst case scenario, you don’t like what you ordered, get a store credit, and have to try something else-but they have a million and one options on their website so you’re bound to find something you like. I wouldn’t be deterred by their return policy. I’m not usually one to order from a place like that but I’ve found too many great pieces for my closet to stop now!”

“In Florida the used car market is ridiculous right now. This caused me to look further than the state of Florida to find a vehicle. RDU Auto in Raleigh North Carolina had exactly what I was looking for. I contacted them and explained that I would be traveling from Florida. They quickly inform me, that would not be a problem. This dealership is a dealership of their word. (and that's saying something for a car dealership) I was able to drive a car rental to Raleigh North Carolina. When I arrived, I was exhausted and did not want a long drawn-out process. They informed me they would get me out in one hour. I arrived there when they opened at 9:00 a.m. and I couldn't believe they handed over the keys at 9:58 a.m. In the time that I spent at the dealership, I was able to test drive, ask questions regarding the vehicle's history and filled out the paperwork. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever experienced. I only chose this location because of the awful car market in the state of Florida. I earnestly recommend this car dealership for their superior customer service, their willingness to answer all my questions, speediness of the transition and that they are dealership of their word.”
