(December 17, 2020, 5:35 pm)This is the best storage facility in Dayton. Very reasonable rates. The managers live on-site are extremely helpful and have no problem working with you. I've been in contact with corporate they have waived my late fees due to the covid-19 financial struggle I am dealing with they have been extremely helpful with quick responses. State facility is gated you have to enter a passcode to get on-site 24-hour access
Very clean. Highly recommended!
