(October 11, 2021, 10:06 am)I workout here multiple times a week and I love it! I’ll never go back to a big gym where I feel like I don’t fit in. Every last instructor helps you feel comfortable. Everyone who attends also makes you feel welcome and will push you to meet your goals. I also have the workout app and the girls in that group also help keep you accountable. Years would go by and I never make progress. Being here has helped me figure out the best way to meet my goals and I see changes in my mental/ physical health.
