“I live nearby this airport but the plane I rent is based elsewhere. Aviation sales has always been kind about letting me overnight so I can get an early start the next morning. I don't always buy fuel but they have been more than happy to give me a tie down at no charge. Pilots lounge is huge with nice bathrooms. Staff has always been very kind especially considering I'm not always buying fuel and I sometimes have young children in tow.”

“Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed. His main focus was to make sure we were happy with the final results”

He coordinated the install timing with the other contractors involved in the kitchen demo and cabinet installation. Everything worked out perfectly. The installers, Aaron and Scott, were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience and quality of the finished product. This year we contacted Bob again to get the same flooring installed throughout the rest of the house. We made a point of requesting Aaron and Scott for the installation.
