Not a fan of insurance shopping which requires a lot of time and energy. Trevor Yancey made the process very easy, almost enjoyable to some extent. He is very detailed, professional, and friendly. Super easy to talk to. I have been with the current carrier for 4 years. Nothing wrong other than the premium keeps going up without much additional attention from my provider. Did a lot of research, received online quotes from 5 national providers before I finally decided to talk to two on the phone. Closed the deal w/ Trevor earlier today. Never had State Farm before. Hope to stay as a long term customer. State Farm seems to have a solid customer retention rate.
