  After struggling for years with elbow pain and grip issues, Aaron's dry needling was finally able to provide relief! It can be painful especially if like me you've been neglecting actually getting proper treatment for the problem, but the long term relief is 100% worth it. He doesn't just provide relief in the sessions, but strengthening exercises and some take-home equipment for continuing the recovery process. I highly recommend scheduling with Aaron to get relief and recovery for a physical injury!

  Aaron always has succeeded in providing me pain relief. His dry needling technique gifted me eighteen months freedom from migraine and cluster headaches! He is an outstanding practitioner!

  I highly recommend New Day Physical Therapy. Aaron is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind physical therapist. My pain decreased after every session! He spends time getting to know you and will put together a plan specifically for you. Such a friendly and comfortable environment!

  I cannot say enough about the amazing physical therapy that I received from Aaron at New Day Physical Therapy! After injuring my shoulder and spending several months in pain, I decided to finally make an appointment to get it checked out. Aaron asked all of the right questions and took the time to explain the injury and what I needed to do in order to start healing. I felt immediate relief after the first session! I followed his exercise instructions thoroughly and followed up with several appointments after to keep the momentum going. I am so appreciative of his expertise and would highly recommend him!

  Aaron at New Day Therapy, was exceptional in listening to me and helping me reach my goal of not using medications to mask the pain I was having in my hip, and get me back to a pain free life. . He completed a thorough physical assessment as well as asking me questions that pertained to the issues I was experiencing with my hip. The first treatment included dry needling as well as stretching. He also used a tool to help loosen scar tissue in the hip joint. With the first treatment, I immediately had more range of motion in my hip and with each treatment less and less pain. Aaron is knowledgeable and provided great care to me. I highly recommend A New Day Therapy and will certainly return should I have any further therapy needs.
