Erin was always a welcome face at each of my appointments. This journey is crazy enough and she made it a little more bearable. Lisa the nurse always seemed to be the one to call me about lab results or was the one that would call back when I had questions. Julie the NP always answered mine and my husbands questions without making us feel inadequate for asking them. When I had some bleeding after a successful transfer, I called them in a panic. Lisa called me back and called all my fears. And Julie calmed them even more at the next appointment. And Dr. Groll is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. My husband and I always felt like we were in good hands and felt secure in knowing that that dr groll was making the best plan for us. We couldn’t be more thankful as we are now 20 weeks pregnant and awaiting a baby come May. (Baby is kicking as I am writing this).”

For years I have suffered from sinus migraines and knew I had polyps to be removed but put it off for years due to anxiety of having my nose messed with. “I was tentative when I first started working with them, two years ago, my first appointment was with Dr Pugar, he was very fast and it was hard to keep up with all the info he gave, but it wasn't a bad appointment. Getting paired with the assistant on his team, practitioner Willis, was a godsend though. That team has given me my life back in a way I didn't fathom possible, front staff at the location I go is great, even the MA is exceedingly kind and funny. The social worker goes over and beyond, the administrator is accountable, the new house keeping manager ensures Covid cleaning as well as regular cleaning is done properly and the business office manager is fabulous working with the families. I encourage all staff and family members to address concerns at the time they occur and allow staff time to correct any issues.”
