“I had some concerns about my mother, a recent widow, moving into Randall Residence after being married for 60 years and living in the same home for 45 years. She moved into a one bedroom apartment in the Independent Living wing. My main concerns were dealing with a completely different lifestyle and not having any friends nearby. The process was simple and hassle free, the Randall team is very professional, but I knew she was going to be lonely and need a lot of help orienting herself to a new lifestyle. Colleen was outstanding helping my mother get her apartment setup for her electronics and the resident Nurse Practitioner Bobbie and Nurse Christina are incredibly patient focused. This put my mother at ease. The staff has a lot of pride in the facilities. This place is beautifully decorated and maintained. It's interesting to note that the community is super friendly and actually quite social before and during dinner. My mother said she met some really nice people that are a lot of fun to socialize with. The value proposition of Randall (no investment required), the high quality of the staff, and the vibe of the facilities and common areas is very welcoming. I have looked at other communities and there isn't a nicer setup in Southwest Ohio. Combine the amenities of Centerville, it's really a great setup that has worked out well for us.”

“I am able to get a same day appointment and she takes her time and listens to me. She is also ok with me not taking much medicine and taking supplements. When she suggests something I listen. She will even looked up to see what I am taking. She also suggested testing due to heart problems in my family even though all my blood tests were good. She was surprised when one of my test came back not so favorable. She went over what the test was about and explained the results. She told me what to watch for and a solution to keep it under control.”

“I had a fender bender over a month ago. My insurance company recommended them. So it was arranged to have my truck towed to them. They did have it for over a month. But with how things are going today. That is to be expected. I am very pleased with my truck. They did an awesome job on it. I believe it looks better now than it did before the wreck. They clean it up inside and out before handing her back to me. The only thing I wasn't happy about but I won't hold it against them. Is they couldn't find a bug shield that would fit my truck. But I was able to and I even installed it myself. Now I just have to be reimbursed by my insurance company for it. But I'm not going to count it against them. Because I feel they made up for it with other things that they did. They were also very friendly and professional. I would have no problem recommending them to someone if they needed their type of service. Thank you all for doing a great job.”

The indoor garden center is small, but I've found some nice plants there also. A quick re-pot of the plant when I get home, and I've had no issues with the health of the plants long-term. The soil typically contains gnats that hatch shortly after repotting, but some little sticky traps in the soil helps combat this. Have always found the staff to be helpful whenever I needed assistance!”

You can learn a lot just dropping by unannounced to a clinic and asking questions BEFORE you bring a pet there. These guys really stood out ahead of the pack because they answered a ton of questions, were super friendly about it, and their responses gave me confidence that they could solve problems. I took my puppy there and they gave him a thorough exam, plus answered more questions from me and helped me figure out strategies for specific concerns I had. Also, they helped my husband and I with ideas on how to catch a stray cat we are feeding so we can bring him in for his care package. They are accessible, skilled and friendly. I LOVE this place.
