“I called to see if Dr. Casey was taking new patients: not only was the receptionist incredibly nice, but I got in to see Dr. Casey in three days. When I got to the office, it was extremely clean and welcoming. Again, the receptionists were extremely nice. I wasn't even through the first page of paperwork when the nurse called me back. Again, above and beyond nice. The nurse listened to my concerns and was very compassionate. When she left I began to finish up my paperwork. Again, I didn't even get it finished when Dr. Casey came in. The service here is really that fast. I was extremely comfortable talking to Dr. Casey. She listened, asked questions, and explained things clearly. They have a lab in their office so I didn't need to go to the hospital to have my lab work done. I have been to Dr. Casey 3 times and each experience is the same as the first. I cannot speak highly enough about this office.”

I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone and give my CC information over the phone instead of a secure website.”
