Website is straight forward, filters come packaged well, prices are right, etc. When I've called with questions, they've either answered or, if I've left a message, they actually call back! Having excellent customer service is awesome to find these days with a quality product to match. Due to covid, my recent order was quite delayed due to supply of raw materials. My only gripe is that I was no proactively informed of the delay. As much as I feel like there should have been communication regarding that, I take it with a grain of salt and chalk it up as growing pains of a company trying to muddle their way through covid, just like we all do in our everyday lives through this time. That said, their prices, selection, and customer service have earned my business.”
