Very nice and professional. Took in all my concerns and explained what they did. Would recommend them. Did an excellent job !
Fantastic service! Tom is very knowledgeable, thorough, and walks you through everything he is doing and why. Had a pest company before Complete Pest Solutions and there is no doubt that changing to CPS was the right move. Would recommend Tom and his company to everyone I know.
We saw a mouse in our house and gave Complete Pest Solutions a call. Tom was able to come out to our house the next day, walked us through their process, and placed baits for the mice. Scheduling was quick and easy. Tom came back two weeks later to check all the baits and seal around the outside of our house.
Tom was on time for both appointments (alerted me to a slight tardiness well in advance of the second), was professional in the house and outside, and went above and beyond to help correct a few items near our dryer and out-vents to help keep future mice from getting into the house. We are very happy with the service and will use this company again if we have any issues in the future.
Tom and his team installed an animal exclusion system around the perimeter of my outdoor deck. The system included a one-way egress for raccoons, ground hogs, possums and other critters who are living and nesting under the deck. All the work was performed in a professional manner, on-time and at a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tom and his team for other work of this nature.
Tom was great and for a good price! I called around multiple places about getting the squirrels out of our attic/walls and no one could give me even a guestimate on how much the job would cost, and everyone wanted to trap and relocate or euthanize them.
Tom used a one way door and sealed up any entry points. We were on vacation when he set it up and by the time we got home the squirrels were all out. Haven’t heard a thing in the walls since the middle of November and none of the squirrels had to be killed.
