(August 3, 2023, 7:13 pm)After being patients there for over 30 years each, and with significant eye issues, both my son and I were told that our doctors only do surgery, we couldn't see them, and would have to see optometrists. Not ok. But when I expressed my concern to the appointment scheduler she asked if I would like to speak with a manager. I did. She handled it well.

(July 26, 2023, 3:13 pm)I gave 4 stars because I love Dr. Emily Reynolds. She is so caring and kind and sweet and didn't sell me glasses when I didn't need them. She said I didn't need a prescription yet and I really appreciated her integrity!
But the receptionist is SO ride and when I walked in at 7:30am (I was the first patient of the day) she saw me standing there and didn't even greet me. I had to say good morning, and she didn't even look at me or acknowledge my greeting. She just said "what is your name?". I know the public can suck, but I didn't appreciate that. This is the 2nd time I have experienced that from her.
Also, The nurse/assistant was very sweet. I do not remember her name. But other women who work there were so rude to me. I just don't get ot these days. So if you want an appointment with the amazing DR. Reynolds, expected to be treated rudely by the other workers before she gets to you -

(May 16, 2023, 4:17 pm)I went in for a routine eye examination in January and was immediately sent into another room for narrow angle laser surgery. I was told after that when I came back to have that surgery checked, the doctor would check my cataracts. The result was cataract surgery. Through all of the appointments and surgeries, Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons were kind, thoughtful, respectful, careful, competent, responsible, and thorough with our most treasured senses….our eyesight! Thank You for this much needed great experience.
