very welcoming gym, the community is wonderful and the staff are great! wouldn’t feel as comfortable as i do here in any other gym.

My husband and I are retired. We have been going to gym for a while now and we love it! Jenn (manager) keeps the place very clean and is extremely friendly and helpful. Summer (personal trainer) is very professional and very personable. The equipment is kept in very good condition and very clean. The facility is very roomy and has a nice variety of equipment. There are also aerobic exercise and yoga offered. What I like most about this gym is that all the people are very friendly. I really enjoy going to this gym and will continue to go for many years.

I love the fact that they are open 24 hours so you can fit a workout into your schedule. The staff works hard to keep the place clean. They are also working hard to be able to offer classes.
