(June 15, 2020, 9:41 am)The towhnomes are great for the price and they are right on the KSU bus loop. Everythings included in the rent price so it's just one payment. Our place was clean and the bathrooms were renovated which was nice.

(August 17, 2017, 12:42 pm)The complex manager tom is great at his job and always available for help. They upgraded both our bathrooms, dishwasher, and fixed up varies places in our kitchen. The maintenance man George is a wonderful hard worker that is always timely in answering service request. He never leaves a job not done and goes above and beyond to take care of the homes for the tenants. Living here was easy and safe. Only moved out because I graduated and moved away.
