Indian Valley Apartments

Been living here over a year and it's not a bad place, especially for the price of rent. I got a recently renovated apartment and it's nice. Parking can be a nightmare, but it's not near as bad as people complain about. Laundromat is small, just go during the weekdays or during party hours and you'll have it to yourself. Maintenance has always been really nice and gotten back to us quick. I'm not sure about the women in the office everyone complains about. I really only contact via email and I haven't had any issues. I can see it being a nightmare if you have horrible neighbors, but that will happen just about anywhere you go. Overall positive experience so far.

Lived here for two years, loved it. The landlord was friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay, direct communication is key if any problems exist. Also, very spacious! I miss living here.

I've been living here for several months and have overall had a positive experience. The rent is at an extremely good price for the location and quality of the apartments. The staff has been helpful and I've had no issues with them so far.

We lived at Indian Valley for 2 years and left with positive things to say; we will really miss living here! Everyone responds quickly when you need something, maintenance workers were always kind towards us and our dog and you feel like you have a good amount of space/privacy. Apartments are very spacious and feel homey while being close to downtown Kent and the highway.
