Mike did a fantastic job! He is very knowledgeable. He knew exactly where the clog was, wasting no time. He had our drain unclogged in less than 5 minutes! He promptly removed the toilet and replaced a wax ring. He not only wiped down the toilet but he also cleaned up the floor. Talk about service with a smile! Excellent job! I highly recommend Harner Plumbing! They actually answered their phone. Dana, the office person who scheduled my appointments, was very pleasant and accommodating and I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Ben, the service technician who diagnosed and fixed my plumbing problems was just great! I will request him for any future plumbing needs. He was courteous, friendly, neat and also very capable. I feel that he not only addressed all my plumbing , but went above and beyond. I give this company a definite thumbs up! In the future I will tell anyone who asks my advice to call Harner Plumbing.

Just a note to say that if you're looking for a fairly priced, well executed plumbing service, we highly recommend Harner. David stopped in to provide an estimate and phoned before arriving because he was able to swing by earlier than scheduled and wanted to ensure that was good for us.

In less than a week, we secured Harner for the job and David was at our home doing the work. He cares about the level of the work he performs, covers your floors in any area he walks through and fully protects everything through your home in his work area, asks you to come and inspect the work and be sure you are happy with it, tests the work to be certain all flows at it should, and then cleans up perfectly before leaving. All that done with time efficiency but never rushed ..and with a positive attitude and energy. From the friendly and responsive woman who answered our first phone call through David's carefully performed service, they are now are first choice go-to pluming company for any future needs. Ben and Dave did a great job. They were very polite and professional. Explained everything very well. The work they did was very neat. They did a remarkable job of cleaning up. I called Harner Plumbing to provide a quote for a few items, with the main ones being replace an older conventional water heater with a tankless, and run a new gas line for a gas stove (to replace electric). Dana was able to quickly schedule an appointment for someone to come inspect the job and provide a quote

Steve arrived a few days later, exactly on time. Very professional and clearly demonstrated his experience. He advised on the best practice and wanted to verify that my venting was sufficient for tankless before committing it would work for our house, and no issues for the gas line through the entire finished basement.

Shortly after, Steve verified all was ideal for a tankless water heater, and reconfirmed my house specs with the manufacturer as well! Harner provided a very competitive quote so we went with them.

Steve and Joe arrived on time for the install. Very professional, clean (covered every walking path in house in drop cloths!) and proceeded to knock it all out! They did an awesome job and we’re very happy!
