Dr. Marchand was very descriptive about the exam. He explained in detail every step of the exam. This was my first eye exam, so it was very helpful in understanding what was affecting my eyesight. He was very amiable and understanding which made me comfortable during the exam. The staff was very nice too. I had the pleasure of seeing Tracie to choose my glasses. She was very pleasant and helpful in explaining the different types of lenses available. What a great small town vision center!

Very friendly staff. The doctor explains what he is doing and what it's going to do in words that are we all understand. They're very good with kids as well. The only complaint is, I wish they were open on Fridays.

Portage Vision Care works well with all ages of clients. I am very pleased with the way they treat my mother and help her during her appointment. The doctor and staff make sure she is safe and comfortable.

Portage Vision Care is absolutely wonderful! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Marchand was excellent, he was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do before he did it and the reasoning for it. I ended up needing glasses and the lovely employee who helped me pick out my frames was so knowledgeable, honest and quick, we found the perfect frames in no time. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend Portage Vision Care!

Had my first eye exam here at the age of 41. The doctor there was great. He explained everything he was doing and why and was extremely helpful. The staff there was very patient with me while I picked out frames. I'll definitely be back!
