(August 19, 2022, 7:44 pm)This a great community gym. I've been going there since it opened. They have a good mix of free weights and machines. There is ample cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, step machine, etc). The clientele skews older. This gym is definitely not a "meat market". They do offer exercise classes, but that is not something I do. Overall, a clean place where one can get a good workout.

The 7500 sq ft space has free weights, cardio machines, Nautilus, Woodway, Stairmaster, nationally certified personal trainers, a nutritionist, and so much more. The Group Fitness classes (ZUMBA, Pilates, Tabata, TRX, POUND, Latin Line, Indoor Cycling, Yoga and more) are AWESOME and free with the membership. All of the instructors are amazingly talented and have lots of experience! The place is welcoming for ALL levels of fitness. You won't ever feel out of place.
