After a few years of buying appliances at big box home improvement stores, I came back to Myers for a new dishwasher. The sales person was knowledgeable and spent considerable time helping me to select the best appliance for the price. Myers has an installer who was outstanding. He showed us how the previous dishwasher had been connected incorrectly and had been leaking for some time. The new dishwasher is working well, and I know I can count on Myers if we should ever need service. I highly recommend Myers because of the personal treatment and their commitment to the customer.
Repair man Jeff came to my house to fix both my washer and dryer. He fixed my dryer very quickly but he had to order parts to fix the washer so he had to come back. I have never had such a knowledgeable and helpful repair nan! He was a wealth of information about numerous brands and what he recommended buying over other national brands, if and when I need to replace my washing machine. He has been in the industry a long time and I will definitely call Meyers Appliance again and ask for Jeff when I need a repair man!
I have a property management business and have purchased my appliances from Myers for over 20 years for my company and my personal needs. I have worked with both Josh and Frank and the level of knowledge is unsurpassed. These guys have mastered their craft through a combined 50+ years of experience. There really is absolutely no comparison between these guys and who you might get from a Lowe's or Home Depot. It's like the difference between a high-end Mercedes and an entry-level Mazda (without the price tag to match)! HIGH. RECOMMEND.
I have had three very positive experiences with Meyers Appliance in the past several months. The washer repair person was able to diagnose and fix a problem with my speed queen washer. A different repair service had been trying to fix my washer for five months, and the Myers appliance repair person diagnosed it and was able to repair it within a week. I needed to get a portable air conditioner but they were way too heavy for me to get from the store to my house. I was not only able to purchase a very nice portable air conditioner from Meyers Appliance, but they delivered it for a minimal charge and also unpacked the box for me. In short, I would say they give great service with a smile, and at a reasonable price!
