(February 2, 2023, 12:44 pm)Friendly staff. Very helpful and understanding. Only draw back is that there is not 24hr access to your rented unit. However, when we got ours, they were the best rate in the Randolph area with the size that we needed.

I have had many interactions with the staff from the manager, Jennifer to her helpful staff Katlynn, and recently Meagan.
I want to give these 3 ladies the praise and compliments that they deserve.
They have worked with me on several occasions and I have found them nothing but prefect in customer service.
Thank you girls for always taking great care of me and whatever I needed at that time.
Not on any occasion was I ever disappointed.
Top notch service is hard to find these days but is abundant at Portage Self Storage.
