South Prospect Martial Arts Gym

South Prospect does such a great job with kids. The instructors are just awesome

Based on my experience I think this gym excels in three primary areas.
1: The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to work with you whatever your experience level.
2: The atmosphere is great. The classes are well structured, the gym is clean, and they are always willing to accommodate their students as best they can.
3: Finally, the fellow students are very welcoming and always willing to share their knowledge and experience and help you.
I could not recommend this gym more.

I joined the cardio kickboxing class for a 16 week program. I'm handi cap with four total replacements and everyone goes out of their way to make adjustments for me. What a great place for me. Lots of encouragement! Especially from CJ. She's what gets be there! Great owners! I just signed up again!

Very clean facility with professional, experienced trainers. Adult and kids classes are both wonderful. Friendly atmosphere where we felt welcome at first visited.

With age I developed a couple of health issues and my dr. recommended diet and exercise. I joined the S.P. Gym's cardio kickboxing class and kettlebell workouts a few years ago, in coordination with a change in diet. I'm so glad I did! I have so much energy, my blood pressure is 100% controlled, and I have a significant increase in muscle. My dr. is amazed and at each visit says to just continue what I'm doing. I highly recommend this gym to people of all ages. The workouts are personalized to your needs, and it's a friendly and supportive family environment that welcomes everyone.
