Outstanding customer service! I have taken my outback to Bob’s many times now and have always been happy with the work, honesty and prices. I recently got a timing belt change and I didn’t have a car during the time and the owner was so generous and let me borrow one of his spare cars for the weekend! Very much appreciate Bob and his staff and highly recommend this local business.

Bob is about as honest as they come. He’s worked on my car a few times and I just left there needing nothing more than an alignment. I told him on the phone I thought the struts were bad and probably a stabilizer bar issue. He could have at least had me replace that stuff and I wouldn’t have questioned it. Would’ve been easily $1000 most likely. Bob was honest with me and said the only thing to pick on was the cockeyed steering wheel and it just needed an alignment. Everything else was solid. In an industry full on con men you won’t find a more fair and honest guy than bob.
