The salon is clean, modern and impressive! You can tell the staff are proud to work there and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Heather is an experienced and knowledgeable hair stylist who has done extensive training in different areas of cosmetology. She is well-versed in the different products the salon sells and can always point you in the right direction for hair and skincare! Thank you, AOI, for providing an excellent experience every time!

(June 25, 2023, 5:42 am)I had the most wonderful salon experience at Art of Impact! I’ve been looking for “my” salon since I moved to the Cleveland area, nearly 3 years ago. I’d experienced several disappointments before I made an appointment with Laura. She was AMAZING. She completely understood my “ice princess” hair vision and she made it happen! She is an absolute genius when it comes to her craft. She was also the kindest, most compassionate stylist I’ve ever met. I have slipped discs in my neck and all sorts of pain issues. She made sure I always had a warm towel on my neck and checked in with me throughout my appointment. Everyone working at the salon was friendly and seemed genuinely happy. The salon itself is beautiful, with a calm, earthy vibe.
I can’t recommend Laura and Art of Impact enough! It is definitely worth the drive from Cleveland Heights.

We kindly ask that in the event you have to cancel a reservation with us you do so 48 hours prior to your service.. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please call the salon at (330) 422-1444.. Any reservation that is canceled within the 48-hour mark of your reservation will require a 50% automatic charge to your card for the service booked + a $25 non refundable reschedule fee.
