You won't find better customer service. They arranged my rental car and payment with insurance for me. I dropped my vehicle off, picked up my rental and returned it there once completed with no flaws. For a busy mom it was so nice to not play the middle man.

My daughter took her car here for repairs underneath the front end. She was completely satisfied with their work. They returned her car back to pristine, brand-new condition. The staff treated her with the utmost respect, and she was very pleased. She told me that she would recommend M & S Body Shop to anyone and everyone. She could not say enough good things about her experience with them. Based upon her experience, I would not have any qualms about taking my car to them for any body work. And I will recommend them to my friends who may be in need of their services.
She dropped her car off and it was finished when they told her it would be. They did not try to drop any surprise charges on her. The quoted price was what she paid. I checked her car afterward, and could not see that it had ever been damaged. So, I do know that their work is really good; it's impeccable! I'm thinking of having my car painted and if I do I will take it to M & S Body Shop. I have seen their work on my daughter's car and I trust that they would do a great job. And with the great service she received from their friendly, professional staff, I don't think that I would go anywhere else. It can be hard to find an honest, reputable body shop going in "blind." M & S is an honest, reputable body shop based upon my daughter's recommendation. And I want to thank them for the way that they treated my daughter.
