I can't say enough about Kyle, Steve, & the entire team at Ottawa Tire! Steve goes above and beyond and is so honest. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. The attention to detail, customer service, respect, and honesty are just a few reasons why I would highly recommend them. I have used them from everything from oil changes to towing my vehicle there through AAA because I trust them that much that I rather pay to have them service it as I know they will make sure it is safe, that isn't the only issue, and won't repair things that don't need to be, and always educate me on what I need to know to make an informed decision. A really easy and stress-free experience. Steve was great and very knowledgeable on what tires were quality and would be good for my Mack truck. Will definitely be going back and giving them my business.
