I am editing my last review because I thought there was some incorrect info being said but it turned out to be a misunderstanding and then their 3rd party customer service would sometimes resist transferring me back Josh later, which leads to frustration. None of this was Josh's fault. He had all the correct knowledge and in fact, was waiting on some delayed items to clear before he reached out. Then HE personally reached back out to me which was nice to bypass that 3rd party customer service line. He took the time and effort to make sure my bill was correct and we were happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came down to us trying to find something in our price range. We had to get the window fixed on it because it was messed up when we bought the car but they offered to fix it for free for us.
