They handled everything over the phone and when I came in to pick my unit up the lady at the desk had all my paperwork ready to go only needing a signature to finish it all. The Guys in the back take the time to go over everything with you and make sure that you know your unit in and out before you take it home. Great place to do business with and will be coming back for future purchases!!!
(July 13, 2022, 5:26 pm)Just bought my bike from them last week and even though I had a few issues that were out of their and my control, they were all very kind and took the bike in to be fixed and my experience with them was great and I recommend anyone buy from them!
(June 15, 2022, 10:56 am)The very best place to save . No hidden fees means no hidden fees . With gas prices these days it's still worth the drive . I saved 800$ easy you could save up to 2000$ on certain models . Tax and tag is all they do . They advertised the product at 1199$ out the door the same day I paid 1300$ I'm a very HAPPY DAD and I still have a pocket full of ice cream money for the kids .
(April 12, 2022, 5:27 am)My experience was great. Trent, who works and assembles the equipment, spent plenty of time going over our 4 wheeler to make sure we knew everything about it. Felt good buying from a family owned business and I plan to make the 2.5 hr drive back to let them do the first servicing on our bike.
(December 31, 2021, 8:21 pm)Found this place online. I am sure glad I bought two bikes here. They really do care about the customer. They spent a good amount of time on the phone with me and all my newbie questions. Then I showed to buy and look at other bikes. They all where honest enough to say that bike it too fast to learn on for my children. Yes they could have made a better sale, but they want people to learn and come back.
They also took me in the shop to show me the two bikes over, start them, and go over more stuff. They really want to make sure your ok with the bike before you leave. I also like how they marked the inspection points, so everyone know it is good. Then they took the time to answer more of my mind numbing newbie questions.
The best thing, thier up front pricing, tax and ONE small fee. Plus 3% if you use cash, no 3% fee.
Keep up the good work. I hope to buy more from you! Even though I live 3 hours away!
