The 2-man team, 1 of who was the owner, came out on Christmas Eve, which was a Saturday as well! They were able to get us up and our furnace working within 30 minutes! And they didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service call! Would definitely recommend them!!

I had a problem with my water heater and my pipes making a jack hammer noise. First, I was impressed they had someone answering the phone. She listened to my problems and referred me to Jon. He contacted me quickly. My problems were not emergent so it took a couple days to come out and assess what I needed. I thought this was perfectly reasonable as I had hired another plumber for this job in August. I am still waiting on his quote. In the end it only took a week to order the parts and fix everything. Their work is neat and they were timely. I was informed of the entire process before they got started so I could have an opportunity to ask questions. I am very happy with the job they did and will absolutely hire them in the future.
