“Called for and appointment on March 25th and they got me in on short notice. Carrie was AWESOME. First time getting my brows waxed and upper lip and wasn't even nervous because Carrie (I hope I am spelling it right) talked me through the process and was as gentle as possible whilst waxing someone. She also trimmed my hair which great clips had messed up a year ago and wouldn't fix. She fixed it and my hair looks amazing. She was super friendly and was even joking and laughing with my boyfriend and I. I have never really felt comfortable with someone touching my hair so I normally only get trims or cuts once a year but I will absolutely be going back more often than once a year as long as Carrie is there and can get me in.”
