“I was at quick care and was very impressed with the staff. Everyone from Jess and her staff was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Monaco and once again was very impressed and left the office feeling like the staff went above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Monaco was very kind and compassionate. Michele went above and beyond to help get a test approved from my insurance company that was not being taken care of from Joanne. Joanne was very rude and was not accomodating at all. I hope that my follow up appt does not reflect the unprofessionalism of one of the staff and i continue to have a good experience with the Crystal clinic since they were highly recommended! I would have given a 5 star but due to one bad apple i didnt feel it was appropriate.”

“If I could give Woodlawn 10 stars I would. Every nurse my Mother has had shows kindness while meeting her extensive needs. Krista has been there for us even when my Mom collapsed in the parking lot and we had to go back to the hospital instead of her follow up Dr appointment-she and another nurse tended to my Mom like she were their own grandmother. The therapists continue to work hard getting her up when she returned for a second stay in a totally dependent state, using the overhead lift system and getting her in a bedside chair, working to a wheelchair, and then to the parallel bars to get weight through her legs. They meet a person were they are and do whatever it takes to get them on the road to recovery. We are helpful to continue care until my Mom is able to return to her independence but realize these wonderful people need to share their expertise with other deserving patients. I am sure when her care transitions elsewhere we are going to have a major adjustment to our expectations for care. We have used Woodlawn in the past for my Dad's care and they were just as amazing 15 years ago...so glad we were able to get in with my Mom and have another wonderful experience. And if we have the need in the future, Woodlawn will remain our top choice for care.”

“Excellent service,! was picking up an RX for Amoxicillin and mentioned that I was staying at my GF’s place for the weekend and forgot my celexa and asked her if it would be alright to skip 2 doses and she said probably but it works better if you don’t ( only taking it for about a week ) skip a dose as it builds up in your system. Anyways she gave me 2 free of charge to get me through the weekend :) I love this pharmacy and will go nowhere else.”

“The ladies upfront are very welcoming & friendly. Both of my sons had Dr. Bradford he was very caring, helpful, and understanding, and made both of my boys laugh & smile. fixed my youngest son's head shape with the cranial helmet. He examine my son's head for any redness or marks that the helmet made at each appointment and Dr Bradford would correct those areas of the helmet. The cranial helmet made a big difference in my son's head shape. My other son saw Dr. Bradford for afo braces to correct his toe-walking so he would be able to have a stable walk. Thank you!”

“Dr. Ryan Drake is a really good doctor, he takes time. He listens, and he is thorough in his work. His bedside manner is superb, and when he gives you instructions and explains things he’s very clear and doesn’t talk in medical terms so you understand what he’s saying.I couldn’t have picked a better neurologist. I have been 2 years seizure free. & I have had nothing but positive experiences with him. Also his PA Taylor is just as good, when I can’t be seen by him she gets the job done as well.”

“I have never had a more compassionate and thorough Dr in my life. Dr Kimble is easy to communicate your concerns with. He has never sent me in the wrong direction. He monitors my medications, and is very quick to make adjustments when needed. In my book Dr Kimble and his staff are the best. They never leave a stone unturned. I wish my late mother was still around. She may have lived longer with a Dr like Kimble. I highly recommend to everyone I know..”
