Next they have great customer service. I brought a beautiful dress and loved it, however the bottom did not drape the way I wanted it to. I called the store and spoke to the owner (Elizabeth) who said she would order me another dress. Sever days later, she called back and said they were out of stock. She said I could return the dress or she could have her tailor look at it. I was so shocked, first that she called me back and second that she cared. Rose and the rest of the employees are nice and helpful, but, you never know they're there unless you need them. In other words, they don't hover, lol.
