Advent Lutheran Church

This church works hand in hand with the community supporting the less fortunate in our schools, the local FISH program, as well as some of the needy in 3rd world countries
It has both contemporary and traditional services to satisfy all. I highly recommend this community minded church.

They treat you like family. Make you want to come back. Always and good message you can take with you and get you through the week.

I was at Advent Lutheran for my dad's funeral luncheon. The ladies of the church did a great job, and the Pastor (sorry, I can't remember his last name) was wonderful, compassionate and appropriately funny. He really knew my dad and talked about him as if they were old friends (throwing a little bit about the funeral here). Based on the warmth and compassion I experienced there, I would go to this church if I didn't live hundreds of miles away.

This church is full of the sweetest people, and everyone there genuinely cares about each other and the community of Lake Township.

Love this place. We attend this church on Scout Sunday, for God and Me scout classes, used to have den meetings there and now attend preschool. So many great things.
