(June 30, 2022, 2:34 pm)We have been renting from Avis for about 10 years now. Never had an issue. In fact, we ONLY go to Avis for rental needs. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are open on Sundays. Makes planning the drop off a lot easier. As far as using a credit card at pick up...I wasn't too thrilled either, but that is for deposit. You can change payment type at drop off.
