Summit County Building Inspection

I manage and own rental property and thus I find myself having to call the building permits office often. I always love when Crystal answers the line as she is a true SWEETHEART and always willing to go above and beyond to answer any and all questions.

Not sure why people say the employees are rude. Ive had to go there several times recently and they've been nothing but great. Super nice and friendly!

The building department staff are very helpful and friendly.
we deal with a lot of departments find it easy to work with the entire staff and inspectors.

We had to pull our first permit as a business and also renew our GC License this week, and I just thought the entire staff was extremely helpful and kind.

We had to work with several people from several areas including plans review, inspections, scheduling, the Chief, and the clerk staff. Latika (I hope I have that right!) went out of her way to ensure we were helped after having made several visits.

I was impressed with their attitudes and even their humor.

I think if someone is willing to be kind with them, they will certainly receive it back.
