  I have been to many yoga studios and have had several yoga instructors over the years but I have never had an instructor like Jennifer Klinect! She is an amazing instructor and has ton of passion for yoga and helping people to live better lives. She is both encouraging and knowledgeable as she gives a lot of insight to how you are helping your body and mind with the various poses during her class. The studio itself is very clean, beautiful and welcoming as well.

  I have not practiced yoga for about four years, but wanted to start up again. I decided to take a class, and I'm very glad it was at this studio. I took a Level 1 class with Kenzie as the instructor. She was calm, kind, and a great instructor that gave us alignment/posture reminders at perfect times. The staff was very welcoming and inviting, as was the atmosphere of the studio. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will be returning! I definitely recommend this studio.

  This was my very first time doing Yoga! I started with the Stretch and Strengthen Class...Such a WONDERFUL experience!!! Our instructor was just so sweet! So personable, and very knowledgeable! She helped me so very much to ensure I was getting the most from my first experience. I am hooked! I will be going from here on out!! Thank you so very much Li'l Yoga Shop!! You have a new client!!! 🤗❤
