Trail Mix Boston

Great community, great people and great ice cream. Also had fun walking on the Boston Towpath.

Cute little spot to check out and cool down in ac after hiking. We stopped here to stamp our National Parks book. Neat!

The trail mix stocks a nice selection of ice cold drinks. They also have ice cream bars, sandwiches, ice cream cookies, etc. and Mitchell's Ice Cream! They also have other snacks and park stuff for sale. Always friendly staff.

Cute little place! Has an antique feel and look but is very well kept. I had some of the ice cream they sell and it was very delicious. There isnt a bathroom right at the store but there is one across the road. There are also picnic tables outside that anyone may relax at. Very nice experience overall!

I ALWAYS stop here when hiking a full day in CVNP. It's honestly one of the most convenient places within the park to grab lunch! They have a variety of healthy deli sandwich options, small trail snacks, and even ice cream!
This is not a full service restaurant, but it truly is the most convenient if you're not wanting to hit the interstate to find something else.
Oh, and did I mention the awesome National Park gear and swag you can purchase there?? Great place and great service with a smile, and wonderful outdoor area to sit and enjoy your snack and a rest.
This is located right off the towpath, near restrooms and parking....so always worth a stop.
I also recommend checking out the nearby open garage/barn across the street that often times showcases local art in the seasonal months!!!
