Kyle is a life changer! i was recommended by my chiropractor, but i was a little bit skeptical at first. i’ve played sports my whole life and i am an avid weight lifter, so i thought i didn’t need this type of therapy. wow, was i WRONG! since going to sparks performance, my strength has increased as well as my flexibility and i no longer have nagging lower back pain! He also introduced me to cupping which has dramatically enhanced my recovery! Stay limber my friends👊

I found Kyle through my chiropractor and could not be happier with the results I'm experiencing. Kyle is one of those rare professionals who has the knowledge the patience, and the foresight to understand not only what's going on with his clients' bodies and lives, but what's on the horizon as well. His application of ART and cupping has relieved some pain areas that I've been dealing with for a long time. I have battled chronic pain in my neck, shoulders and arms from working on a computer for years. Since Kyle began stretching me out, areas that have been tight for years have finally started to loosen up and I am seeing great improvement in flexibility throughout my body. I appreciate how Kyle keeps me accountable to the stretching routines he provides between our sessions. Kyle's services would be a great gift! Highly recommend working with him. I passed this place on my way to the National Park and wanted to stop in on my way back out. Luckily I saw it on my way out through a heavy rainstorm and stopped in to ride out the storm. It’s beautiful inside. The shopkeeper was very helpful and wrapped my purchases very well. I wished I lived near there because I would be in there all the time.
