Had a woman wander into the flooring area to ask if we needed some help even though it wasn’t her department. Then the flooring guy came by 3 times to see if we needed help. Both guys in flooring were super helpful. Then while loading my car the parking lot attendant yelled to me to ask if we needed help. The dude ran over to load the tile in my trunk. He refused to take any money for a tip but asked if I would please leave a review. So here we are!!! Great job Home Depot. Great employees, great training, great culture. “Jason, the gentleman who works at the store in Montrose (Akron) Ohio was incredible. I took my boyfriend in on Friday 10/8 to get a dress shirt, pants, and shoes. Jason approached us at the door, asked what we were here for, took us where we needed, MEASURED ACCURATELY and got us exactly what we needed quickly. He made the experience fun and easy. Jason was extremely personable. I brought my brother to the same location on Sunday 10/10 and had the pleasure of working with Jason again- this time just needing a dress shirt. Was once again blown away by awesome customer service. It was a breath of fresh air to be assisted by someone who seems to be passionate about their job.
