Service King Collision Cuyahoga Falls (Now Crash Champions)

It's a frustrating experience to have your car in accident, service king did a good job on the repairs on my vehicle. Unfortunately i had to take it to service king again because of a plastic panel that was starting to come off after having my vehicle back for a week. It was repaired and at no cost to me. Aside from some negative things that happened, Erin was great to work with.

Service King kept in constant contact with me and had my vehicle completed several weeks early. I have used them in the past and they are always efficient and I am always satisfied. I would recommend them and use them again.

My car had dent and scrap damage and needed the entire front fender replaced. The technicians were able to fix the damage and replace the fender in a very short amount of time. They even matched the unique color of my car using their color-matching software. They were very polite and professional as well. I am incredibly happy with the repairs and will keep them in my phone, just in case.

They did what they said they would for the price they quoted. It was on time and I appreciate the automatic texting status system. The car looks great. Just like new. They repaired my Tesla model three. (Aluminum bodywork)
