(May 14, 2022, 3:57 pm)The manager Maryann refused to serve my kiddo cheesebread with no cheese bread on it due to a dairy allergy today. We used to come weekly but after today we won't be back. Big bummer bc the food is great but the service was absolutely terrible today!
Update: franchise owner called very quickly and apologized very genuinely and said our sons order will be made in future visits. I'm glad to know they do actually care and it's not the whole company it was 1 person having a bad day. Updated my rating to reflect the resolution.
(July 22, 2021, 11:48 am)This place is fabulous and very CLEAN. The staff was super friendly and even brought my food to my table.the sandwich... wow truly qn AMAZING Italian sub and fresh cut fries great job!!! A+!
