Hannah's team of instructors are all certified through Korea's Kukkiwon, the main center of Taekwondo all over the world. I enjoy it because of the grace and beauty of the moves and learning how to create power and confidence when defending myself. I am a 58 year old female. Class sizes are perfect and not overcrowded. The cardio workout you receive is rigorous. It allows me also to keep my mind sharp. Learning weapons continuously develops coordination. I have been working out at this gym since May of 2019 and have my blue belt.

I joined Hannah’s, coming from another school as a yellow belt. Mr. Bill Hannah allowed me to keep my yellow belt so I didn’t lose rank but still had to meet yellow belt qualifications according to his school’s rules. I had an embarrassing time breaking 2 boards at my previous school. For my advancement to orange belt, Mr. Hannah instilled the confidence in me and made me break three for my test. I did it no problem. I advanced on through green then blue. In the process of working on my red belt I had a back injury at work that has prevented me from returning. But I CANNOT recommend Hannah’s Black Belt highly enough! He’s an amazing man and a Christian and that makes it all the better.

My daughter is 10 and has been going here for years. She has always really enjoyed coming. I am always happy to hear about all of the things they do in class and the way they teach the kids about respecting authority and also learning how to defend themselves against an attack.
