I have lived here for over 5 years. There have been changes and challenges along the way - but also many improvements. I really appreciate our current maintenance and office staff. They are all very responsive and have on many occasions gone the extra mile. Ann, the property manager, worked with me to help me get into another apartment a couple months ago, when there were some issues with my previous unit that couldn't be resolved until I moved out. And Jeremy is a fantastic maintenance manager, always nice and friendly and takes care of my maintenance requests promptly. In my opinion, all the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Well I can say upon applying both lady’s were very helpful. If I had and questions or concerns they were there with the answers I needed.

When I was taking to see the inside of my unit I was satisfied It very clean I’m in love with my walk in closets.

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR ITS ,MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS ON TIME NEVER HAVE TO Wait staff is GREAT KIM IN THE OFFICE IS VERY HELPFUL AND THE PROPERTY IS KEPT VERY WELL MAINTAINED, THE NEW PEOPLE MOVING IN ARE FRIENDLY AND NICE TO HANG OUT ON THE COOL NITES JUST TALKING IF I WAS NOT MOVING BACK TO NY I WOULD KEEP RENEWING MY LEASE ,MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAW MOVED DOWN HERE FROM NEW YORK INTO THIS COMPLEX AND SHE STILL IS HERE CANT SAY ENOUGH OF GOOD THINGS ABOUT HILLTOP APTS 💪

Very quiet, very clean, Friendly neighbors,excellent maintenance and professional office staff

I live in Whispering Oaks Apartments in Orange City, FL where Sandra Walton is the office manager. I like Whispering Oaks because it’s a quiet community with a well-maintained ground. The property is always clean and neat. The homes are spacious with lots of storage spaces. Sandra, the office manager, is always friendly and courteous. She responds quickly and efficiently to any situation you might be having. It’s a great little community.
