R&R Vehicle Repair

Got me in pretty quick (I called Friday, had a appointment monday), called before any work to verify it was okay, and were super quick to get it fixed. Price was great. Most importantly they listened when I told them what I thought was wrong and (other than a few things I knew needed to be fixed too but am holding off) they didn't try to upsell me to make more money. Front desk lady was super sweet and respectful as was the guy who called to verify repairs. Car is running great now.

Pricing was fair and customer service was excellent! My Kia is in bad shape and they were able to provide me with a list of repairs that they could and could not do at the shop. I appreciate the staff going the extra mile for me and my car!

Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle. I really appreciated when I showed up with a transmission leak and you quickly found and fixed the problem and also showed me in case happens again.. We will be back with the next repair as we know our 2008 van will be needing more...

Came in with what I was sure was catastrophic engine failure, expecting to pay for an engine swap. Quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted a price well below what I dreaded hearing. They identified 2 minor problems and didn't try to fix and charge me. Dropped the car off at 8, picked it up at 2:30. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, especially the lady in the office. If these guys aren't careful, they're going to change the perception of mechanics! Awesome work, great price! Honest work for honest pay. Never had a problem. Estimates up front are always competitive and spot on. The repair work is always top notch. Honest mechanics. Quality work. Fair prices. You can't ask for more than that!
