(May 26, 2017, 10:42 pm)Had a pallet of work materials shipped from Chicago to Cleveland. Shipped out on Thursday and arrived at their Cleveland terminal the next day. Most other carriers take 2 days for the same trip. It got there too late to go out for delivery Friday, so I traveled to the terminal to pick up the shipment rather than waiting until Monday for it to be delivered. I called ahead to let them know I was coming and they were very helpful and friendly. The pickup process was easy peasy and dealt with decent people there as well. I was in and out in literally 10 minutes. Will deal with them again soon and recommend them for your LTL needs.
