We would like to give a special thanks to the Stow Fire dept who helped us not only when I fell on black ice and broke my elbow.

But the next day when we had to come to the station to have my wedding ring cut of 😥

I was at the safety building today waiting on my daughter and a lady came in clear upset because her or her sick husband couldn't change a smoke alarm that kept beeping, she had the batteries for it but her husband was sick and she just couldn't get up there. The young lady at the front desk called down a fireman (I believe his name was Capt. R. Smith) Mr. Smith lessoned to the lady and told her it would be OK and there would be no problem for them to come out and help them ! The lady was in tears before she left. Its so great to know that we have amazing men and women that are willing to help without question! THANK YOU TO YOU ALL !!!!!

I really would like to thank the city of stow fire response and rescue e.m.t. that came to N.m.g. aerospace on Hudson drive Tuesday morning at about 9/45 am . I passed out at work after vomiting blood from a ulcer I had no idea I had. Your team was absolutely a blessing to me . took great care of me got me to a great hospital and and made sure I was in good hands before they left me there . can't recall their names and sorry for that but please extend my greatest thanks to them and your city for your help when I needed it . great crew you have there . thanks bill Shaffer

Our father passed away recently in Stow area Condos. The 911 operataor was outstanding in talking to my sister mom until paramedics arrived at the scene. The paramedics were AMAZING she said !
