I had a great experience with Jim's Auto. Mike was honest, prompt in communication, and detailed in explaining car issues. Their services are reasonably affordable. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Jim's. My hood latch broke and I had an intermittent over-heating issue on my Ram pickup. The folks at Jim's quickly diagnosed the overheating issue, and had me back on the road the same day. Diagnosing vehicle issues is hard sometimes, I felt like they accurately found and fixed the problem and I did not feel like they were trying to up-sell me on anything. Its not flashy or fancy, but they know cars, and do good work. I would recommend them, and will go back to them in the future.

I would highly recommend Jim’s auto. I had another mechanic shop mess up my car pretty bad. Went in to Jim’s talked to Mike mostly. He explained very clearly what was wrong, and what needed to be done. My car needed a new head. Not cheap… But for the price and the communication with Mike, my car has never ran better. If you want a reliable shop with perfectly honest service and reasonable pricing go to Jim’s automotive.

One of, if not the best experience I have had with a shop. My experiences have been better each time I’ve been back. They went above and beyond to get my car back to me as they promised. Don’t go anywhere else in the area. Honest pricing and great customer service.

This shop did a great job taking care of our family and getting us back on the road. We were traveling from NY to KY when our wheel bearing broke. We have a newborn and a 2 year old with us, we picked Jim's based on other reviews and we're so glad we went there.

We got to the shop 45 minutes before they closed, they took a look at it and order the part just based on hearing it. My husband took the car back first thing in the morning when they opened and they had it fixed within 2 hours. The staff were all friendly and helpful, let my husband see how bad the wheel bearing looked… The price was more than fair considering the urgency of the situation. If we lived in this area, we would be customers for life. Thank you so much Eric, Mike and Tim!!
