I usually avoid this store, the employees were consistently rude and incredibly annoyed to have to help me. No one else had what we needed so today we went back and had an excellent experience. Everyone was super helpful and didn't make me feel poorly for asking for the insects my animals need that I can't get myself. I wish I would've taken down names to give them a shout-out cuz they were that kind!!

No hassle returns. Shopping allowed with your pet, and they have a DIY dog bathing area in the back that can be utilized for free.

(April 11, 2021, 5:22 pm)This pet supplies plus is my favorite pet store for multiple reasons. For one, the management team and staff are personable and so friendly. For two, they always have our mastiff’s food and snacks in stock and with competitive pricing. And lastly, during my cancer battle and recovering from surgery the free delivery is easy and FREE!!! What a lifesaver!! I love this store!!!
