“Excellent job. Had a storm come through and I had wind and hail damage. Luke made an initial inspection, verified damage and assisted with an insurance claim. He kept me in the loop the entire time. Luke took care of every part of the claim making it absolutely stress free. The team came out and did great work. Both house and garage got new roofs. They were professional and quick. The clean up was fantastic. I only found a couple nails. A lot less than expected. “Update July 28 2022: Had a shingle torn off shed by wind. Left message for Dustin at 8 pm. He got back with me within an hour and was out later that week to replace the shingle. He also left me some extra shingles. This is the second time Dustin has done wind repairs since installation. He is prompt, professional and punctual. The previous roofer I used was none of these. Highly recommend. Original post: Recent wind storm lifted and damaged several shingles shortly after install b/c they had not sealed fully due to lack of warm days. “We truly enjoyed working with our Aspen contractor to repair our home after it was hit by a hailstorm. The biggest benefit of working with Aspen was the skill to work with our insurance company. Our contractor circled back with them several times to explain what should be covered to properly repair our home. It greatly helped us to have someone with the building code skill and knowledge to advocate on our behalf. Another benefit was our Aspen contractor supervised the on-site work to make sure it was done right. Plus, he helped us fix some other house issues not related to the damage but needed to be done (such as the black mold found behind our dishwasher).
