“Don't bother going to Menards, when you really need help with hardware, just go to Swan Hardware 😀 I needed an adapter for my kitchen sink faucet to make it rotate, and the man was able to use my piece to find the right item in no time! I also needed fasteners for a concrete wall and a bit. I did not have any kind of driver for the kind of Tapcon screws I purchased, and I never would have known had he not asked! I was in and out of there in no time with exactly what I needed and no fear of it not working! Thank you, Swan hardware! I discovered you approximately 40 years ago and I won't go anywhere else!”

Found Steve's via great reviews on multiple websites and was able to get the car in and have them check it out. Steve's told me some interesting details about the car that gave me pause and required further conversations with the seller. As a result, I now also have a less than positive opinion about that particular seller. The moral of this story is that Steve's Auto Service didn't know me when I walked in the door but they provided me with great, honest service that potentially saved me a bunch of money. So now, if anyone asked me for a suggestion for a good mechanic in the Cuyahoga Falls area, you can believe I would say Steve's.”

“I've been using Ideal Pest Control for years now. I have my home sprayed for yellow jackets in the spring (or when the weather cooperates in Ohio), and it's good for the whole summer. Just recently, Gary came out to my moms (she had pavement ants in her mobile home). The bait (gel) he used was drawing them out like magnets. LOVE this company! Once seated, service is quick and friendly with attention to quickly refilling coffee mugs and soda cups. The breakfast options are extensive and well executed, but the prices are a little high. Have no choice but to Echo the complaints about the fries. They're not bad but could be much better if the restaurant used a different brand.”
